What age group do you work with?
We typically work with children and young people aged 6 to 16, though we can adapt sessions for younger or older age groups depending on need.
Do children need any prior experience in martial arts?
No prior experience is required. All our sessions are beginner-friendly and focus on fundamentals, personal development, and gradual progression.
Is it safe for children?
Yes — safety is our top priority. All sessions are run in a controlled, structured environment by experienced professionals.
Children are taught how to train safely, with emphasis on respect, technique, and self-control — not aggression.
What exactly do you teach in your sessions?
We teach a blend of:
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
- Boxing & Kickboxing
- Wrestling Fundamentals
Alongside physical skills, we focus on behavioural mentoring, emotional regulation, confidence building, and self-discipline.
Do you work with children who have SEN or behavioural challenges?
Yes. We specialise in working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) Additional learning needs (ALN) or are at risk of exclusion or disengagement.
Our sessions are adapted to individual needs and delivered with patience, and structure.
Do you offer in-school or off-site sessions?
We offer both. Sessions can be delivered in schools, alternative provisions, or at off-site venues, depending on what’s most suitable for your setting or child.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
Founder Kieran Edwards is a qualified Behaviour Mentor, Team Behaviour Manager, SEN MMA Coach, active competitive MMA fighter, and Sport and Exercise Science graduate (1st Class Honours).
He also holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and has over 8 years of MMA training and coaching experience.
